5 minutes really can make a difference
At least I’m telling myself that. It was the longest five minutes I’ve had in awhile. Just now I ran up and down the stairs fro 5 minutes. I set the timer on the oven and off I went. I kept wanting to quit or go see how much time was left, but I thought, nope just keep going. You’ll know when the time is up.
Who knew a kitchen timer could be a personal trainer???
Great job Deb!!!It all starts with just a few minutes and works it way up. i give you a big pat on the back cuz i can’t even run yet, let alone the stairs. You Rock!Keep up the great work!
I think that is great!!! 5 minutes does add up!! I think I will try that today. Good idea Debbie!

Ive been needing to add something different in my day…think I’ll give this a try if my knees dont grind too much
Good for you! And yes 5 minutes can make a BIG difference!!
Way to go Debbie. My doctor said to start slowly, even if its five minutes a day. So I think you are on the right track
How was your vacation???????? hopeyou had a blast.

Awesome Debbie!! Not sure if I could do that!
I had to chuckle to myself when I read your post. I’ve been thinking of doing the exact same thing, I just haven’t done it. You are an inspiration. I may give it a go today. We’ll see what kind of crazy look my husband will give me.
