Wowee. Someone should set a watch by me. For a girl that doesn’t like to be normal, you can freaking bet money that come this time of day I’ll be raiding the cupboards. It’s as soon as tired hits - i hit the munchies. Wowee, is all i can say. Remember my blog from a few hours ago? Rearing to go. Now I’m rearing to go eat. Still going to make it work. Really need to address this tired thing as it’s going to keep happening.

They say if you can delay a craving for 15 minutes, it should pass, and I like the walking in place idea, the movement will help energize you. (((((((((((Debbie)))))))))
I have been there, done that, almost did it today. I hate those days where you could eat everything in site. Hope it goes away for both of us!

Hey girl… only saw you blog now. I hope you didnt raid the presses!!!
I’m the same when I get tired. It’s a MAJOR binge trigger for me. But now I’ve started telling myself that when I’m that tired, I’m too tired to want to eat. It’s like I’m trying to convince myself I dont need the food when I shouldnt have it. It’s kinda working. I’m not eating as much after 7pm anymore.
Maybe try fooling your head into believing you’re too tired to eat when you know you really shouldnt have your head/hand stuck in the press?
How’re you doing otherwise?
