Darn it - my dog is ok!

LOL. No early wake ups for me except the ones spurred by my bladder, my inability to sleep, and those lovely pregnancy-induced leg cramps - can you say OW?!?!? Last pregnancy I used them as practice for my breathing and relaxtion - this time I’m just annoyed and they hurt! Today, I did try and breathe into - labor is coming - need to start getting ready for that.

No yoga this morning for me. Super tired and struggling a little to find the energy to pack. Over ate a bit for lunch, but did choose to eat in instead of going to an Indian Buffet - sure fire eat way too much. It felt like I was budgeting not only my money but also my calories. That felt good. I also made a salad to go with my frozen pizza for lunch. That was nice - i wasn’t going to do that, but i do love the green!

So super tired and just planning to sneak by today on the eats and exercise. Need to see if my friend can watch the lil one so i can go to yoga this afternoon. Should pack, too, ugh!!!! So tired of stuff!!!!!!!!! Getting some good sorting in and donating, recycling, and trashing loads. Ok, off to be productive!

And, baby is good - had a midwife visit today and all is good! Up 2 more pounds but not 5 like I was headed so that was perfect!

    Good job! Not too much on yourself, but making yourself get up and move around some will help energize you, k?

    I know when I was pregnant I ate everything under the sun. I am amazed at your ability to control your eating.

    You are doing so great Debbie. I remember only to well the having to pee all night and the leg cramps. It will be over before you know it and you will have a beautiful baby.

    The green is the best! When I do not eat enough greens and veggies in general I feel less energy and all else goes to pot. So, you are doing fantastic and that is so good to see. Enjoy the yoga!

    Have you ever found that foods with high magnesium to be helpful for those cramps/aches? (beans, spinach, okra, seeds like pumpkin, nuts, grains….)
