working on a PLAN!

Hi all! We’re back from Vermont and are slightly refreshed. We had 2 rough sleep nights so that’s tough, but otherwise a good trip.

After last week, I am rearing to go and working on developing a plan for myself that encompasses the eats and exercise but also some other components like continuing to log my food, mood, and physical feelings. I also just did a lot of research on Omega 3s, DHA, B12 and some other vitamins I am likely missing as a vegetarian and that can cause mood problems. I am focussing on my allergies in a way i never did before. I am trying to make a plan that adds in more sleep, more yoga, and some meditation. I am looking into changing my diet to explore food connections to mood specifically around wheat, corn, sugar, processed foods. I am not quite ready to jump fully as I don’t have a solid plan yet. But I feel really excited about all of this. I want to conquer more than bad eating habits, but the bad moods and the physical sicknesses that accompany the eats! I’m so close now… it feels good!
ps - ate really badly this weekend, but did at least give my easter chocolates away!

Good idea to give your Easter chocolates away! What a great idea. And I’m glad that you are doing so much research yourself and really trying to get things on the right track. That is great woman! Keep up all your good work and I hope to hear from you soon. Keep your chin up.
